Hi everyone! It's been a while ago..

..that i posted! I'm so sorry! I was very busy with a lot of things.
Last week i went to Lowlands, it's a huuuge 3 day's during dutch festival.
I really had the time of my life, it was so much fun!
I have seen Paolo Nutini (L)(L)(L), Arctic Monkeys, Blocparty, Bon Iver, Boys Noize, The Whitest Boy Alive, Lily Allen and much more.

And school has started also! I had my introduction days yesterday and the day before yesterday. But I really have to get used to the new rhythm of getting up early and coming home late haha..

how are you? my vacation is going so soon, terrible! In less then 2 weeks I'm going to study in Amsterdam.. I'm really excited about that but at the same time a little bit nervous because I don't know what to expect from it (although I know for sure I will love my study)
And what are your plans next schoolyear? also studying or living the life of a work-aholic?

i wish....

Today I had a lazy day and I didn't have to do anything. hmmm, love those days haha! So I surfed all day on the internet and did a lot of 'windowshopping' trough all the online shops.
And ofcourse -as always- I saw a lot of things I wish I had hanging in my closet right now. For example the perfect blazer (so I don't have to borrow my sisters one anymore) and a 100000 other things.

I'm so busy these weeks. working, enjoying the sun, hanging with friends, day-trips.

What I wear today

Hi guys!

Sorry for the lack of posts the past 2 days. I have a new job (a summerjob!) and I worked all weekend at Texel. It's really fun, I have to find people who want to adopt a seal (not literally haha). The seals stay at the crisiscentrum (www.ecomare.nl) ofcourse, but in this way the crisiscentrum can get more finances to take care of more seals. So it's actually promotion work what i'm doing right now. But it's fun! I can take a look at those cute seals all day long haha, so i'm not complaining.

but, before I forget.. I wanted to show you my today outfit. I'ts actually a little bit overdressed for a day like this. but who cares!

The weather is so weird out here! first it was raining, than it became claudy and now it's all sunny without any cloud at the sky. So now the weather is nice again I decided to go sit outside and now I'm blogging in my backyard! how relaxed is that :D

And now I'm going to work on my tan ;)

I did some lowbudget shopping last week in Amsterdam with my mum. Most of them are sale items and were very cheap! (for example the zara coat, it had cost me only 30 euro's!)

And I also received my little Topshop order:)

I wish my new summer/autumn coat was more photogenic, but I really love the deep blue colour of it and the double zipper! I think it would be fit perfectly with some high heels.

Cute tee with little stripes all over. If i wear it, it has some kind of inside-out effect because the print on the sleeves is darker. This one wasn't a sale item!

I looooove stripes! Especially on oversized sweaters and t-shirts, and this one is also a little bit see-trough. I will wear it with rolled up sleeves, some shorts and my studded sandals.

I doubt a while about this ruffle-zipper top from topshop. But I decide to keep it.
Does anyone has a nice combination with this top in his head? Tell me :)

Just a simple oversized white tee for the i-dont-care-days. The sleeves have a nice detail by the way.

I was looking for such a long time for some nice pair of studded sandals. Finally, here they are!

And last but not least.. my vintage items! I had to safe them of all the trash in the local secondhand shop. The chain-bag was only 1,25 euro's and the retro sunnies were 0,25 cent:D:D
That's called low-budget shoppig haha.

DIY: printed tee

I always wanted a cool tee with an old washed away black & white print, but I never succeed in finding that perfect one. So I came up with the idea to make one my-self! This old tee from topshop seemed perfect to try my little project on.

Hi All!

Maybe is 'all' not the right word to use and should I replace it for 'nobody', because nobody know's of the existence of my blog haha. But that will (hopefully) change in the future!

But I have to say that I'm very exited to start my new blog. I Always checked out fashionblogs of other people and I had quit a while the thought of starting my own, so here it is!

And before I forget.. I wanted to tell good news to you all (oops, I mean nobody)
Next year I'm going study Fashion & Branding @ AMFI (Amsterdam International Fashion Institute) in.. surprising, Amsterdam!

To get in there I had to do three assignments;
1. a quistionnare about the fashion industry
2. write a paper about the emotional value and the functionality of your favourite piece of clothing (I chose my leather jacket!)
3. make a moodboard.

After those assignments I had an interview with a teacher and student, wich also went pretty well. It was a great day and I really enjoyed myself during the assignments, I was totally in my element! Anyways, I'm really looking forward to go study there:D
